NBBE Consulting Founder Appointed as Commissioner of the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools

NBBE Consulting, an education consulting firm specializing in institutional accreditation, is pleased to announce that Perliter Walters-Gilliam, its founder, has been appointed as a Commissioner with the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSA), effective November 2026. The appointment was unanimously approved by the MSA Executive Committee and represents an initial term through April 2029, with an option to renew for a second three-year term.

The Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools is one of the nation's foremost regional accrediting bodies, dedicated to inspiring wise change in schools and serving as the leading resource for school leaders who seek to transform themselves and their institutions. Commissioner appointments reflect a proven alignment with MSA's values and a demonstrated commitment to educational excellence.
